Here at Dann's we have over 400 head of Holstein Fresian cows. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver fresh milk from the cows. Our milk is simply pasteurised and bottled, it is not homogenised which means it will develop that delicious layer of cream at the top when left to stand in the fridge.
